
REASSURANCE PROGRAM
HopeLine's Reassurance Program is designed to reduce isolation and loneliness for individuals with limited contact or support from others.
Our program is not a case management of crisis intervention program. We provide support and connections for individuals who are isolated and alone. Each applicant will be considered based on their individual situation.
At this time, our Reassurance Program is currently at capacity. Please complete the application if you would like to be added to the waitlist.
Please note that all application information is required, including the emergency contact portion; incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Once your completed application has been submitted, we will contact you, preferably via email, within 7 days to confirm we have received your application. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. When we have openings, we will contact applicants in the order they were received to discuss enrollment further.
In the meantime, we encourage you to contact our 24-hour crisis line. We have trained advocates who are ready to take your call. You do not have to be in crisis to call the line. We are here to listen and provide support.
